I want you to be afraid of failing, I fear, failure but more important. I want you to be horrified. I want you to be terrified of sitting on your ass and doing nothing. That is what I want you to be afraid of, of waking up in six days or six weeks or six years or sixty years and being no closer to your goal.
You’ve made no progress. That is the horror that is the nightmare. That is what you need to be truly afraid of.
There is so much power and failure, because you learn so much from it right now. You had the ability to never have that debate inside your head cause. That’s the debate. You can never win, you can go back and forth back and forth, but there’s no verdict.
The jury’s always going to be in a jury room. It’s never going to come back. Saying’you did okay’. What you will do is you will bury that deep inside? You won’t tell anyone that you could have been this.
You will be second best to your true potential and you’ll live your life. Fine, but then one of your friends is going to succeed in some endeavor and you’re going to hate him for it, because it’s a success. It’s a spotlight shining down on your missed opportunity. If your energy is going to go to the negative everything and everything is going, be negative, because that’s where your focus is that’s where your energy is flowing, where your focus goes, your energy flows, you don’t have to worry about the winds that will most certainly blow Around you, the obstacles, the negativity that will stand in your way.
You don’t have to worry about what other people will say. You just have to keep your mind on your course. Those winds may blow fast and furious, but if you know your path, if you know where you are going, they will help push you toward the dreams and goals and treasures that you have already decided.
You’re going after you have no time to, let fear doubt failure quit negative thoughts or give up enter into your mental see you have massive potential. So from the moment you open your eyes in the morning. Your mindset has to be win. There’s a biggie question: where are my thoughts? Taking me, these are some of the things you want to.
Make sure of you might be able to be casual about some things, but here are some things not to be casual about. My philosophy is taking me somewhere, big question, where the accumulation of equity will either be there or won’t be there, life accumulates and I’m either accumulating debt that I’ll be sorry for or I’m accumulating value that I’ll be happy about. If you fail it’s because you stop running, if you fail it’s because you stop grinding, you stop caring, you stop working, we will meet our dreams in our paradise.
We will marry our dreams, we will hold them tight to our hearts and we will make them ours. Make them ours forever come here, dream I’m chasing it. It’s all on you, the discipline of handling failure, the importance of knowing that it is coming that you will go through times of it, and you will have to learn in the midst of it that it is one of god’s ways of maturing us to become the Women and men, he would have us, be the statement. I begin with that I resisted years ago and now embrace it is doubtful.
God can use anyone greatly until he has hurt him deeply. You fear failure if there’s something you really would have to list on your list of fears. Failure would be near the top, if not there, at the top tragedy in life, lack of adequacy unable to succeed an inability to perform to accomplish to reach your reach.
Your goals truth be told this fear sweeps across all who are highly driven, strong hearted people. You can either live your dreams or live your fears, and I think the majority of people actually are not living their dreams but are living their fears. What are the things that you fear, that’s been keeping you from living your dream. That’s been keeping you from doing some things that you would like to do just think about those things, and how do we begin to handle that abraham maslow said the life is about growth and he said you could either go back to your comfort zone and there You won’t find any growth or you must willing, be willing to go forward and face your fears again and again and again, because you’re never going to have a a fearfree existence.
I mean some fear is acceptable and legitimate. There are some things that you, you really should be afraid of. Now you shouldn’t allow it to immobilize, you acknowledge it, you take it into account and you carry yourself accordingly. There are times that we should proceed with caution, but it’s the difference between being stopped by fear.
It’s the difference between having a fear and the fear having you. So what do we do? One acknowledge it and knowing that it’s okay, don’t condemn yourself. For being afraid, it’s perfect fine to have some fears. You acknowledge your fears, you embrace those fears and then you move on you act on whatever it is that you fear, because once you embrace it see what you resist will persist.
What you resist will persist. So one of the most important things is is to begin to embrace your fear. Discipline is like a set of magic keys that unlocks all the doors of wealth, happiness, sophistication, culture, high selfesteem, pride, joy, accomplishment, satisfaction and success. The first key to discipline is awareness of the need for, and the value of discipline, and especially the discipline to make the changes.
What will it take? What must I do and what must I become to get all I want from my life? The second key is the willingness more than that. The eagerness to maintain your new discipline deliberately wisely consistently and the third key to discipline is the commitment to master the circumstances of your daily life to see and harness the opportunities to make something of the sun and the rain. The good as well as what comes in the guise of misfortune, discipline does many things, but most important of all is what it does for you. It makes you feel better about yourself.
Even the smallest discipline can have an incredible effect on your attitude and the good feeling you get that surging feeling of selfworth that comes from starting a new discipline is almost as good as the feeling that comes from the accomplishment of the discipline sencond. A new discipline immediately alters your life direction. You don’t change destinations immediately.
That is yet to come, but you can change direction immediately and direction is very important. Third discipline cooperates with nature. Everything strives. It is a common life function.
How tall will a tree grow as tall as it can? Everything strives to become all it can possibly be, and that’s striving to become is what discipline is all about disciplining ourselves to fulfill our natural potential to become all that we can be, and finally, discipline attracts opportunity. Opportunity is always looking for ambition and skill in action. Discipline taps the unlimited power of commitment, the human will in action driven by inspiration, enticed by desire tempered by reason, guided by intelligence, can bring you to that high and lofty place called the good life discipline. Those unique steps of intelligent thought and activity that put a lid on temper and a faucet on courtesy that develop positive and control negative that encourage success and deter failure that design lifestyle and control; frustration that enhance health and curb sickness that promote happines and manage sadness.
Discipline, the start and the continuing process. That brings all good things and remember anyone can start the process. It’s not.
If I could, I would it’s if I would I could. If I will, I can so start the new process. You can begin a new habit, no matter how small it is small, isn’t important whether or not you start and whether or not you continue are all that is important.
