When things get crazy, make sure that you don’t get crazy too, keep your emotions in check, stay, calm, there’s going to be things that go on that are out of your control. The worst thing you can do is let something that’s out of your control control. You get control of yourself, get control of your emotion, don’t get angry, don’t get frustrated instead stay calm and figure out how to move forward. So you want to ask yourself what story.
Do you find yourself telling? Because the more you tell the story, the more active it is within you and the more it becomes, your point of attraction and the more it finalizes way too strong of word, but the more it causes a belief to be powerful within you and your powerful beliefs That are in opposition to your powerful desires are the only problem in the world that you ever have your subconscious. Mind is extraordinarily powerful and his job is to keep you consistent on the outside. With your commands on the inside burdens are what age us they drag down our spirits.
We can change the world just for a moment, close your eyes and connect with that part of yourself. If each one of us would practice getting in touch with the treasures within us on a daily basis, we could literally change the world and, as joseph campbell said, life is a wonderful, wonderful opera, except that it hurts. So the question is: do you see it as the beautiful opera or do you just pay attention to the pain you get? What you focus on? If you focus on the things that are bad, they will become real, they will become exaggerated.
They will begin to monopolize your thoughts, you’ll see them everywhere and at the end of the day, you’re going to get what you focus on they’re, both true many of you listening to me know what it’s like to lose everything you know what it’s like to hit Rock bottom, you know what it’s like not to be supported. You know what it’s like to be lied on. You know what it’s like to experience emotional, relational and psychological trauma, and it changes you because you don’t know what you are made of until you have gone through something: don’t let the outside interference. Stop your growth, where you put your energy, where you put your attention where you put your focus, is going to determine what you see and that is the most fascinating and the most important thing you have to understand about the way that your mind works.
It’s called the reticular activating system. Your mind is literally designed to pay attention to the things that you notice, rectify in yourself. Believe in yourself keep that faith in yourself.
We are all under the law of our own consciousness, our own thoughts, and only we attract specific experiences to us. By the way we think when you change your thinking process, then everything in your life will also change. You will be amazed and delighted to see how people places things and circumstances can change.
Blame is just another negative affirmation and you do not want to waste your precious thoughts on it instead learn to turn your negative affirmations around into positive ones. When you first begin to make the change over and really pay attention to your thoughts, you will be horrified to realize how negative much of your thinking has been. So when you catch a negative thought just think to yourself. This is an old thought.
I no longer choose to think that way then find a positive thought to substitute for it as quickly as you can remember. You want to feel good as much as possible. Thoughts of bitterness, resentment, blame and guilt make you feel miserable, and that is a habit.
You really want to release another barrier to having positive affirmations work is feeling not good enough that you don’t deserve to have good in your life. If that is your issue, then you could begin with the section on selfesteem. You could see how many of the selfesteem affirmations you can memorize and then repeat them. Often it will help change that worthless, feeling atmosphere you might be carrying around to one of selfesteem and selfworth.
Then watch your positive affirmations. Materialize affirmations are solutions that will replace whatever problem you might have. Whenever you have a problem repeat over and over all is well. Everything is working out for my highest good out of this situation.
Only good will come and I am safe. This simple affirmation will work. Miracles in your life, I would also like to suggest that you do not share your affirmations with others who may poo poo these ideas.
When you are just getting started, it is best to keep your thinking to yourself. Until you have achieved your desired results, then friends will say: oh your life is changing so much you’re so different. What have you been doing and then you can explain.
Go over this section several times until you really get the principles and can live them also, zero in on the sections that may have the most meaning to you and practice the affirmations and remember to make up affirmations of your own. The first affirmations for you to use right now are: I can do it. I can feel good about myself.
I can make positive changes in my life and you see every time you try to go back, can’t do it, you can’t do it and the ingredients that make for a no limit life are five. In my opinion, the first is quality rather than appearances. You begin to change your thinking from appearances and how things look and how other people view, because every time you find yourself upset in life about anything that anyone else has said.
What you’re really saying is what you think of me is more important than what I think of me all right, so you change from appearances to what I call quality thinking quality. What is the quality of my life rather than how does it appear to others? Now? Do you tell yourself that, because my friends don’t like me that that means there’s something wrong with me? No, that see that’s what you have to learn that another person’s opinion is just that it’s their opinion and that’s all. It is every time you are upset or your children are upset because of what somebody else says about them, including their peers. What you are really saying in that moment – and this is really important – what you’re saying is what you think of me is more important than what I think of myself, and you must never give anybody that kind of power and control over you cuz.
They will always have it the funny part about approval for those of you who really want it, and now I’m here to tell you that I like approval, I enjoy it. I find it one of the most exciting things in the way I like it. When people read my books, I love it when people applaud, I like it when people uh tell me nice things and all I like approval, I’m the first one to admit it.
What I don’t do is I don’t need approval, there’s a big difference between wanting approval and needing approval. When you need approval, it means you become immobilized when you don’t get it from making other people’s opinions more important. Now, for those of you who say yeah, but I want approval and I need it and if I don’t get it and so on then understand this, the people who get the most approval in life are the ones who care the least about it and the ones Who get the least approval are the ones who are always going after it? So if you want approval in this paradoxical way that I’m talking about it, stop needing it stop concerning yourself about ask yourself who gets the most approval in life. Think of the person that gets the most approval and you’ll see that that person couldn’t care less.
What other people are thinking they’re so busy being they don’t have time to notice what their neighbors are doing. Thoro said this, he said if you advance confidently in the direction of your own dreams, an endeavor to live the life which you have imagined, you will meet with a success unexpected in common hours. What that means is that success is not something that you can get in life. Success is an inner process.
Success is something that you bring to everything you do in your life. It isn’t something you get out of what you do and when you get that and you learn how to get the junk out and advance confidently doing. What makes the most amount of sense to you, based on your inner signals and the one issue of morality, which is you never interfere with anybody else’s right to do the same? Each person has their own right to advance confidently in the direction of their own dreams and when you violate that you’re violating the principle of the universe, the essence of the universe, which is cooperation and harmony.
